On May 5, 2009, The South Carolina State Government Improvement Network (SCSGIN) presented "Moving from Survival to Success....Despite Budget Cuts" at the Dupre Northeast building in Columbia, SC.

The City of Coral Springs Florida, SC Department of Revenue, SC Forestry Commission, SC Budget and Control Board, the City of Rock Hill, and the Town of Mt. Pleasant shared their presentations at the event.
